By registering for a my.am account you obtain the ability to customize a page just for you, easily accessible via the my.am link on the top menu. If you opt to have the system remember you when you log in, you should not have to log in again when accessing my.am on the same computer.
After you register you will be able to create three column headings and then provide any number of RSS feeds for the content in each column. The feeds can come from news sources, blogs, or any other content provider that creates an RSS feed. Columns could be types of sources, types of feeds (such as news or blogs), etc.
In effect you will have a page virtually identical to the home page, but with your content, available whenever you click on the my.am tab. You can change, add, or remove feeds and column headings at any time.
To cover server and administrative costs, my.am requires a $12 per year subscription. PayPal is used to process the transaction, but no PayPal account is required. All major credit cards are accepted.
